Here at Seabreeze we are able to offer our customers a variety of services which allows us to cater to everyone’s needs. Whether you want to phone large orders in advance to pick up at scheduled times, or to tailor requirements for work, school, youth, or social club outings we are only a phone call away.

We are able to mark up the items in your meals boxes or alternatively we can also write your names on the top of the boxes making it easier and quicker for you when you get to your destination. Don’t forget to let us know if you require salt and vinegar or scraps!

Another service we provide is a gluten free batter which can be used as an alternative batter for those with coeliac or other sensitivities/intolerances to gluten or wheat. Please see our Gluten Free Menu under our Menus heading.

We are able to provide gluten free batter during most of our openings but we do ask for your support and understanding during our busier times when it may not always be possible for us to have a separate clean pan straight away.

It normally takes 10-15 minutes for us to switch and heat up extra pans so if you are able to call in advance please feel free as this allows us to better prepare for you.


In addition to our traditional frying we can now also offer a new service and cook in vegetable oil for those who prefer this option. Please see our Vegetable Oil Menu under our Menus heading.

We are now recruiting,


We are looking for Counter Assistants with a positive attitude to join our team. The ideal candidate will be chatty, enthusiastic and must have excellent customer service skills. A hands-on approach is required to work in this fast paced environment and the candidate must be able to work as part of a team and have the initiative to work independently.
Counter Assistant responsibilities will include:
· welcoming and serving customers in a professional manner, taking payments and boxing orders up
· working with supervisors to effectively manage customer care concerns,
· taking telephone orders,
· washing up (dishwasher),
· keeping work areas clean and tidy, refilling stock, assisting with food preparation, and other associated tasks.

Skills/Experience:
No experience is required for this position, though common sense is essential.
Experience in a similar fast paced environment would be an advantage, and a food hygiene certificate would be preferred but is not essential as full training will be provided. Uniforms are provided but must be laundered and ironed by the candidate prior to each shift.
Post 1 - is for 6-12 hours per week on Saturdays and Sundays, between the hours of 10am and 10pm, Shift patterns are not set so the start and finish times will vary from week to week.
Post 2- is for 10 -16 hours per week on weekday evening between 4pm and 11pm and Saturdays and Sundays, between the hours of 10am and 10pm, Shift patterns are not set so the start and finish times will vary from week to week.
On both posts there may be extra shifts through the week and also extra shifts during school holidays. Flexibility is crucial and candidates must be able to cover shifts at short notice.


Starting rate is minimum wage and holidays are 5.6 weeks pro rata.

Staff Training at Seabreeze

We believe in helping our staff to achieve their best this can be with guidance or with internal and external training courses. All our staff hold current food hygiene certificates with some having studied and passed the next level as well to give you peace of mind and confidence.

Our staff are trained in customer care some of this is done in-house and some are done as NVQ qualifications.
