Recruitment & Training

Working at Seabreeze is like one big crazy family and as such we all have our ups and downs but it is really important to us that our staff are happy at work, that they feel valued and appreciated, we might drive one another mad at times but behind it all our we care and support each other. We believe in helping our staff to achieve their best, in and out of work. This can be in many forms whether a quick chat, guidance or more structured internal and external training courses.
Our staff are trained food hygiene, customer care and in team management some of this is completed in-house and some as NVQ qualifications. Our staff have also completed dementia friendly courses, and we are also disability aware.

We require our staff to have a positive attitude and to have a hands-on approach,  they need to be able to work as part of a team but also have the initiative to work independently,  to be chatty and enthusiastic with excellent customer service skills, as this is a fast paced environment and is not for the faint hearted, if you think this could be you or you know someone it would suit, keep checking back so that you can fill in an application and equal opportunities form as soon as we have a vacancy.

Hey everyone, we have several vacancies due to start shorty, details are as follows:

We are looking for enthusiastic counter assistants to join our friendly team. What you can expect your duties to include: Helping customers place their orders at the till and over the phone, taking cash and card machine payments, box up customer orders, keeping work areas clean and tidy, washing up (dishwasher), refilling stock, food preparation and other associated tasks

Experience in a similar environment would give you an edge, as would a food hygiene certificate. Full training will be given but in return we expect you to listen.
