Community

At Seabreeze our staff are very passionate about supporting those in our local community and as ambassadors of Redcar and Cleveland we are understandably passionate our local area.

As a community based shop we felt it was very worthwhile and important for our staff to have worked to be dementia friendly so that we could help and support our customers. We currently sponsor our local Redcar Town FC Girls Team and also Redcar Cricket Club.

As well as fundraising for various charities over the years including Teesside Hospice and NEST (Nephrotic Syndrome Trust) , we have also helped many local schools with various events.

Every year we choose a charity to support, and in 2020 we are proud to be fund raising for
BeLikeTom.

BeLikeTom is a local charity who are raising funds to place lifesaving defibrillators accessible to the public in the local community. Their aim and now ours, is to raise enough money for 35 new publicly accessible defibrillators – one for each year of Tom’s life.

As you may have seen we have already had a defibrillator placed outside our shop and although we hope it is never needed it is reassuring to know it is there.

If you’d like to find out more about BeLikeTom please contact them

I’m organising a charity event. Can you give me a raffle prize?

We have selected charities that we support throughout each year, when our fundraising budget is allocated. If you would like to be considered as a partner charity for next year, please get in touch.
