A Healthy Choice

When comparing the nations fast food dishes, fish and chips is one of the healthier choices.  So if you’re having cod or haddock as your choice of the nation’s favourite, your meal will provide essential vitamins C, B6 and B12, omega-3 fatty acid, some iron, zinc and calcium as well as iodine, providing a third of the recommended daily allowance of vitamins for men and nearly half for women.

We offer customers the choice of three different portion sizes of chips, small, regular and large and alongside our standard cod, we offer four larger sizes of cod.

To give you an idea a medium serving of cod or haddock has 838 calories and 9.42 grams of fat, this is less than any other fast food.
